Hoosier Hills Hoops was in attendance yesterday at the Christian Academy Holiday Tournament and caught up with the host Warriors’ J.T. Taylor.

So far in his senior campaign, Taylor has posted some big numbers, including a 47 point performance last week versus South Central and a 40 point display last night versus Shawe Memorial.

But the 6-foot-4 guard reports his college recruitment has been far less prolific.

Coupling his shooting ability and well-polished game, Taylor could wind up being a target for area small colleges. His explosive performances in 2008 make him a Southern Indiana player to follow in 2009.
