By GREG MENGELT Floyd Central won its second sectional championship in three years last Saturday by shooting down defending champion Jeffersonville 77-38 in the title game. In another Covid-era anomaly, Floyd will be playing in their first regional since Pat Graham’s Highlanders won the Seymour Regional in 1989.
