Eastern Pekin standout Jocelyn Mousty made her college choice earlier today, choosing to stay in-state and give a verbal commitment to Ball State, Lady Musketeers’ coach Mike McBride told HoosierHillsHoops.com. Mousty, a junior, selected the Cardinals over scholarship offers from Bradley, Evansville and Miami (Ohio). She also received interest from St. Louis.
